Refund
Only replacements are provided, and they apply to defective or incorrect items. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds and replacements are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
For a refund, orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellations aren’t possible.
Delivery
Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days, while express options are available at checkout.
Currently, we don’t offer same-day delivery, but express shipping is available in select areas.

Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on orders above certain threshold (or as per your location).
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Since custom products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless there’s a defect or printing error.
